• >24 hours before pickup: 100% refund
• 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• <12 hours before pickup or no-show: No refund

Payment refunds

• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Wallet refunds are instant
• UPI refunds may take 1–3 business days

Security deposit

• Refunded within 7 business days after trip completion
• Deductions (if any) will be communicated with photo evidence
